We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care behind every BAYAN piece.

Processing Times

  • As our products are handmade, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

  • Weekends and UK public holidays are not counted as processing days.

  • If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we will contact you with updates and options.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

Delivery 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent via trusted, tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address 

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

  • We're unable to reroute parcels once dispatched.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal, or non-collection may have actual shipping and return costs deducted from your refund.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option and location.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
