Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your BAYAN swimwear as much as we loved creating it. Every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. However, if your order isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to assist with a return, provided it meets our policy below.

Please note: Refunds will only be processed if all return conditions are met in full. Items that fail to meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@bayanswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful for us)
  2. We will respond with the step-by-step return instructions.
  3. Send your return to: BAYAN SWIM LTD, 19 Elms Road, Chippenham, SN15 1UR, United Kingdom.
  4. Please use a tracked shipping method of your choice. Return shipping cost are the customer responsibility.

Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item(s) must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all original tags and hygiene liner securely attached
  • Free from odour, make-up, tanning products, or deodorant marks
  • In the original packaging

We strongly recommend trying on swimwear over underwear to ensure fit while keeping it in pristine condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the return meets all conditions above.
  • Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return (plus your bank’s processing time).
  • We are unable to refund shipping charges from your original order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our quality control, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact hello@bayanswim.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, chlorine or sunscreen exposure, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Verified faulty or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with UK consumer law.
